Matt Valdez
With more than 16 years in the cruise travel industry and a family heritage rooted in travel, Matt brings a generational passion for exploration to everything he does at Driven to Venture. He and his family have visited all 50 US states — including an extended season of full-time family travel — and more than 27 foreign countries. Matt believes travel is one of the greatest investments a family can make, and is committed to helping every client experience this firsthand.

Ashleigh is a wife and mom, and is a passionate travel enthusiast who has visited all 50 US states and more than 25 foreign countries — including time spent traveling full-time as a family. Her experiences, planned with intention and creativity across every kind of trip imaginable, have fueled a deep love for history, geography, and culture. She co-founded Driven to Venture to help others turn their own travel dreams into lifelong memories.

Stephanie (Steph) Burris
Stephanie brings a world of personal experience to the Driven to Venture team, having traveled with her family to more than 22 countries over the past two decades. She believes cruising is the perfect way to enjoy variety in dining, entertainment, and destinations — all in a way that is both restful and financially accessible.
